Global Colo Quote offers customers the choice of two IP Transit services in One Wilshire, Los Angeles; BGP Transit, which is an IP Transit services advertising routes to all Internet destinations, and IP Transit, which advertises a partial routing table of direct customers and peers.
BGP Transit Service connects your network to our IP network enabling it to become part of the Internet. To connect to this service you will need an Autonomous System Number and a range of provider independant (PI) public IP addresses, which are allocated to you by an Internet registry such as ARIN. BGP Transit service will advertise to you a full Internet routing table using the Internet protocol BGP-4. Our vendors will then announce your networks to the rest of the Internet.
IP Transit will allow you to route a significant proportion of your traffic over a low-cost high performance network, enabling you to reduce your overall transit costs. What's more, our vendors provide uncontended multi-10 gigabit backbones that connect directly to all the major peering exchanges over the shortest possible routes to deliver significantly better overall performance.
